(3) Analysis of operation status and service level

In order to analyze the operation status and service level of the call center, we analyze clients' call log information from the call center by using a dedicated history reporting system. We will customize analysis reports and display dashboards based on our business operation needs. Generally, our reports include summary numbers to show call volume, call volume in each time period, and KPIs as calls answered within a specific number of minutes, calls abandoned, etc.

(4) System operation and maintenance purpose

For system operation and maintenance purpose, we will process your phone number, call start and end time, call duration, keystroke information, and encrypted phone recording files (remote operation and maintenance personnel cannot access to the recording content) if it is truly necessary to so, so that operation and maintenance personnel can assist in system upgrades, troubleshooting and other operation and maintenance work.

How we collect and process personal data
