Originated in Germany

Apprenticeships have always been an important theme for the founders of Bosch. Robert Bosch recruited apprentices from the very beginning of the company. Since the establishment of the first apprenticeship workshop in Stuttgart, Germany in April 1913, the Bosch apprenticeship system has entered a new stage. This standardized training system ensures a high-quality education, and today more than 100,000 young people around the world start their careers from Bosch apprenticeships.

Vocational colleges: provide apprentices with training in general courses, professional knowledge, and theoretical knowledge, laying a solid foundation for apprenticeships and education, helping them to be knowledge-based talents.

Bosch: provides apprentices with training in the direction of professional technology, vocational skills, and professional quality, and provides skilled talents that match the actual needs of the enterprise.

German Chambers of Commerce Worldwide Network (AHK): AHK Certificate is issued by German Chambers of Commerce Worldwide Network which is the standard for testing the quality of apprentices.

Apprenticeship training method:

Teaching situation experience:
To cultivate the apprentices' professional technical ability and soft skills, the training center has fully created different experiential teaching situations. The "micro-company" managed by the students can simulate the real business operation model, and encourages the students to truly establish quality awareness, cost awareness, delivery, and customer orientation awareness in practice.

Project-based teaching methods:
The "six-step teaching method" and the SCRUM teaching method are also one of the characteristics of the Bosch apprenticeship training. After receiving the learning task, the students analyze the task requirements independently, and complete the data collection and task development plan. Trainers help students make decisions and solve problems in a "teach a man how to fish" approach. This student-led learning model can better stimulate students' self-learning awareness and learning ability, and help them establish lifelong learning habits.

Intelligent teaching equipment:
In addition to the independent research and development of the Industry 4.0 teaching simulation production line, which to improve the ability of students and front-line technical personnel, the training center uses a digital management platform, combined with the training center hardware, to create a digitally managed training workshop to empower employees for digital transformation.
